A therapeutic group has opened for 11-14 year olds which aims to help young people with understanding emotions, thinking about their values, and learning how to be kind to themselves and others when things are hard.

This group will provide the opportunity for children to connect with peers of a similar age about shared experiences. Learning how to cope with the ‘ups and downs’ of life and connecting with peers in a safe space at a young age can help with emotional regulation and positive adjustment in the present and future.

It’s for those going through parental divorce, family transitions or difficult family relationships.

This group will be run by 2 final-year trainee psychologists and supervised by psychological practitioners.

With over 200 years of experience in helping people with their mental health and are passionate about delivering high quality bespoke and flexible support that works for you, your children and family. The Reatreat Clinics can often help when others can’t, enabling people to get their lives back on track.
